First Aid Pro is a highly respected first aid training company based in the Greater Vancouver Region of Canada. The company was founded in 2017 by a team of experienced and passionate First Responders who saw a need for high-quality, hands-on training in first aid and CPR/AED.
 
The team of instructors is made up entirely of off-duty First Responders, including Firefighters and Paramedics, who bring a wealth of real-world experience to their teaching.
 
First Aid Pro is a proud Training Partner of the Canadian Red Cross, and the team works closely with the organization to ensure that their training meets the highest standards. The company offers a wide range of courses, including First Aid & CPR/AED, various Youth courses, and customized training programs for Dental/Medical Offices, companies, schools, and community groups.
 
Over the years, First Aid Pro has trained hundreds of individuals and organizations, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to respond effectively in emergency situations.                Allan Cabatic 
 
Allan Cabatic is a First Aid instructor and First Responder with extensive experience in emergency services. He is the owner and head instructor of First Aid Pro.
 
Allan has been involved in emergency services for over 18 years, starting his career as a Paramedic with BC Ambulance before becoming a full-time Firefighter. As a Firefighter, Allan has responded to a wide range of emergencies, from house fires to major disasters, and has been recognized for his dedication and professionalism.
 
Allan's passion for emergency services extends beyond his professional work, as he has also volunteered with several organizations such as St. John Ambulance, the Vancouver Police Department Community and Burn Fund, and other community organizations.
 
Allan is known for his dedication to his work, his attention to detail, and his ability to connect with his students. He is committed to ensuring that everyone he trains has the knowledge and skills they need to respond effectively to emergency situations.
 
 
                         Iain Wringe 
 
 Iain Wringe is a dedicated first aid instructor for First Aid Pro, specializing in CPR/AED training for Healthcare Providers. He is also a full-time Firefighter, responding to emergency calls and keeping his community safe. With prior experience as a Captain for the YVR Airport Firefighter team, Iain has honed his emergency response skills in high-pressure situations. His passion for public service and commitment to providing the best possible training to his students is evident in his work. Iain takes pride in helping others gain the knowledge and skills they need to save lives and make a positive impact in their communities.
 
 
      Marvin Ison
 
Marvin Ison is a First Aid & CPR instructor for First Aid Pro. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and has been a Firefighter since 2009. Marvin is dedicated to helping others and is heavily involved in the lives of his three children and his community. He is also an active member of the peer support team, providing emotional and psychological support to fellow firefighters who have experienced trauma. Marvin’s work has touched the lives of many and he is a true inspiration to those around him.
 
 
                      Nick Cirillo
 
Nick Cirillo is a dedicated and experienced First Aid and CPR instructor as well as a Youth leader at First Aid Pro. He is also a passionate Firefighter who has been serving his community for many years. Nick’s passion for helping others extends beyond emergency response services, as he previously worked as a lifeguard and lifeguard instructor.
 
Nick is also an active volunteer in his community, having coached in Lacrosse and volunteered with the Special Olympics swim program. His enthusiasm for physical education and coaching led him to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Coaching, and he applies his knowledge and skills to all aspects of his work. Nick’s positive attitude and commitment to helping others have made him a valuable member of the First Aid Pro team and a respected member of his community
 
 
    Chris Vanderwel
 
Chris Vanderwel is a First Aid and CPR instructor as well as a Youth Leader at First Aid Pro. He is also a dedicated Firefighter and has been serving his community for many years. Chris’s passion for helping others extends beyond emergency response services, as he is also a member of the peer support team and a mental first aid instructor.
 
Before becoming a Firefighter, Chris worked as an ambulance attendant, gaining valuable experience in emergency medical services. In addition to his work as a First Responder, Chris volunteers as a coach for athletes with intellectual disabilities, demonstrating his commitment to serving his community in every way possible. Chris Vanderwel’s dedication to helping others, both in emergency situations and in everyday life, has made him an exceptional role model for those who aspire to make a difference.
 
 
                 Vanessa Hilton
 
Vanessa completed her First Aid and Paramedic training at Manitoba Emergency Services College in Brandon, Manitoba, and has been serving her community ever since.  Her passion for teaching led her to become a First Aid & CPR Instructor and also a Youth Leader for First Aid Pro.  
 
She has a special interest in teaching youth courses, believing in the importance of equipping young people with necessary skills to handle emergencies.
 
You’ll find her teaching our Youth courses such as Babysitting and Stay Safe for Youths. 
 
She is a role model for aspiring First Responders, and her dedication to teaching has helped create a safer and more prepared community.  
 
 
                   Danny Baker
 
Danny Baker is a First aid instructor and Firefighter, with over a decade of experience in emergency response services. He has been a Firefighter since 2010 and currently serves as a First Responder instructor for “C” shift. As a first aid instructor at First Aid Pro, Danny has trained countless individuals in life-saving techniques and emergency response procedures. He is also a passionate volunteer, dedicating his time and resources to charitable societies such as the Burn Fund, Local 1286, and Dreams Take Flight.
 
Danny Baker is not only a dedicated First Responder and instructor but also a loving father of two daughters. He believes in the importance of giving back to the community and helping those in need. His commitment to serving others and his expertise in emergency response has earned him the respect and admiration of many.
 
 
       Nav Dhillon 
 
Nav, an instructor of First Aid Pro, has been a Full time Professional Fire Fighter since 2015.  He also serves as a First Responder instructor for “A” shift and is an Engine Driver.  With his vast knowledge and experience, he has trained numerous individuals in life-saving techniques and emergency response procedures.  Apart from from being an instructor, he has two daughters and believes in passing on his expertise to others.
 
Nav’s personable teaching style has been well received by students of all learning styles.
